This Lent, we invite you to explore the sacred in-between—where faith meets works, grief meets hope, and God meets us in the complexity of life.

Hilldale United Methodist Church is preparing for a meaningful Lenten season centered around the theme “Everything In Between”, inspired by the Narrative Lectionary (Year 3) and guided by A Sanctified Art resources. Our journey will follow Jesus’ path to Jerusalem through the Gospel of Luke, engaging in scriptures that challenge us to navigate the polarities of life with faith, nuance, and an openness to transformation.

This Lent, we invite you to explore the spaces between grief & hope, faith & works, power & humility, and more—recognizing that God meets us not just in the extremes, but in the sacred in-between.

Below, you will find resources for our Lenten journey, including a guide to the season, the Gospel of Luke (which we will follow in our weekly sermons), and a daily devotional link where you can request digital or paper copies to follow.
