Shelby Kae Russell Memorial Scholarship

The Shelby Kae Russell Scholarship is funded by a permanent endowment that began in 2012 and is dedicated to the memory of sweet Shelby Kae Russell who exhibited goodness, courage, servitude, Godliness and spiritual maturity in the face of a cancer that eventually took her from us on October 2, 2012. Through Shelby's bubbly personality, her selfless caring and her Christian discipline, came happiness for others. The purpose of this endowed gift of $1000 is to remind, inspire and encourage sweet Shelby's characteristics and to recognize and reward the beneficiary with a cash gift to ease their path to college where the recipient can then encourage, inspire, and service others in the same way.
